Dec 28.  I make the following record on the supposition that the Wm Needels referred to on page 79-80 is the father of Thomas Needels by a second marriage to a woman named Hanna Hargrove, but the date of the marriage has not been obtained.

Thomas his son was born Nov 2, 1738.

My father told me before his death that his grandfather (Thomas Needels) was married twice: once to a woman named White (her name he had forgotten).  She had one son Wm.  He married Rachel Johnson & by her had four sons:  Thomas, Wm, James & John and one daughter Sarah who married Keys.  These all came to Ohio except Wm.

Thomas & Mary (Dill) Cubbage

Thomas Cubbage (son of Thomas Cubbage who came from England) was born about the middle of the 18 century.  Married Ester Edwards who bore him 9 children only two of which (John & Andrew) grew to maturity.  She dying, he married Mary Dill who also bore him 9 children, six of whom lived to marry & raise families.  Namely, 

• Wm Cubbage married Elizabeth Dogherty
• Elizabeth Cubbage married Alexr Needels
• Thomas Cubbage married Mary Cook, Mary Carter & Margaret Connell who survived him
• George Cubbage married Mary Lord, died in his 63 year.
• Thomas Cubbage in his 78 or 80, I am not certain which but near his 80 year
• [who is #6?]

Both born & died in Kent Co., Del altho they lived a few years in the State of Ohio.  This is all I know of my mother's father, mother & grandparents only they were Baptist after the hard shell pattern if anything.
